A blend of white grapes and red grapes, processed in the traditional Beaujolais style of carbonic maceration, has classic juicy strawberrry and cherry notes with a soft mouth feel. This traditional method sparkling wine has been aged on its yeast lees for 18 months. Finished with slight residual sugar.
