2009 Estate Soleil Expected release July Certified Organic by Pro-Cert Organic 100% Dried Grape Wine Grape drying, a traditional European method, increased harvested grape sugar content to a high 42 Brix. A slow cool ferment over several months created a unique rich sweet Recioto-style dessert wine made from our certified organic estate L’Acadie grapes. Displays honey, tangerine and peach aromas that can be paired with intensely flavoured cheeses, most desserts and on its own.
