Sparkling Wine Tour
Learn how we are making sparkling wine in the traditional method of Champagne, France.
A guided tour of the sparkling wine process led by winemaker Bruce Ewert and sommelier Travis McFarlane.
Tours Every half hour starting at 12 noon. Cost: $15 includes Champagne tour of winery, Champagne flute and seafood appetizers prepared on-site by Chef Les Stevens of the Delta Halifax paired with a tasting of our 2007 Prestige Brut.
