Grape drying to enhance wine quality, an traditional European method, has produced an Amarone style wine displaying amplified flavours and richness.  70% Luci Kuhlmann, 30% Leon Millot aged for 20 months in premium American oak barrels, this rich full bodied red wine with velvety tannins can be paired with roasted meats, duck or powerful cheeses.  400 bottles produced.                                                                                         $42.99

Grape drying, a traditional European method, increased harvested grape sugar content to a high 42 Brix.  A slow cool ferment over several months created a unique rich sweet Recioto-style dessert wine.  Displays honey and
