Organic. Grape drying, a traditional European method, increased harvested grape sugar content to a high 42 Brix. A slow cool ferment over several months created a unique rich sweet Recioto-style dessert wine. Displays honey and apricot aromas that can be paired with intensely flavoured cheeses, most desserts, or on its own.
