Organic. Appassimento wines follow a traditional European method of grape drying to enhance wine quality. 75% Leon Millot, 25% Luci Kuhlmann aged for 24 months in premium American oak barrels. Displays ripe cherry aromas with velvety tannins. Pairs well with roasted meats, vegetables and flavourful cheeses.
